It's priced per person per month, and it depends on how many people you have in the field. Ask us and you'll get a number on the first call — we don't do the thing where you sit through three meetings to find out the price.
Anyone who logs in, whether they're in the office or in the field. There's no separate 'field seat' and 'office seat' pricing, and no charge per project or per form.
We'll talk about term length on the call. Ask about annual — it's cheaper than month to month.
Yes. The way that works best is a pilot: one crew on one job for a couple of weeks, running it for real. That tells you far more than a sandbox account with fake data in it. Ask us to set one up.
Nothing. Your projects, your people, and your training records go in, and someone spends an hour or two with your safety lead reviewing the hazard library. That's included.
No. And support is email to a person, not a ticket queue.
Everything exports to PDF or spreadsheet whenever you want, by you, without asking us. We're not going to hold your OSHA records hostage over a renewal.
