HazProof processes workplace data on behalf of your employer. We route requests to your employer’s HazProof administrator, who decides on access, correction or deletion of workplace records.

Tell us the company you work for so we can reach the right administrator. We confirm your identity by email before passing a request on. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
