You're about to put years of safety documentation into somebody else's system. It's fair to ask what happens to it.

Getting it out
Every list in HazProof exports to a spreadsheet and every record exports to a PDF on your letterhead — JHAs, meetings with their sign-in sheets, inspections, incidents with statements, lift plans, acknowledgment rosters, and your OSHA logs. You don't have to ask us and you don't have to pay for it. If you ever want a full copy of everything at once, ask and we'll get it to you.
What we do and don't do with it
We use your data to run the product for you. The AI features read your records to produce your safety summary and your toolbox talk topics — that's your data working for you, inside your account. We don't sell it, we don't share it with other customers, and we don't use your incidents to train models that other people benefit from.
If you leave
Export everything first — it's all self-service. Tell us and we'll help make sure you've got what you need before anything is turned off. We're not going to hold your OSHA records hostage over a renewal, because that's a terrible way to do business and a worse thing to do to a contractor who might need those records in a claim three years from now.
