Yes. JHAs, toolbox talks, inspections, incident reports, lift plans, and observations all complete and sign with no connection at all — signatures and photos included. The hazard library lives on the phone itself, so tapping a hazard still fills in the control and the risk code in a dead zone. Everything goes up on its own when the phone gets back in range.
It stays on the phone and sends itself when service comes back. If the server rejects it for some reason, it stays on the phone with a red mark until a person deals with it. It's never deleted and it never silently disappears.
You do. Everything in your account exports to PDF or spreadsheet whenever you want, and if you leave, you take it with you. Your data is walled off from every other company's.
First crew running for real in about two weeks. The content is already loaded, so setup is your projects, your people, and your certification records, plus an hour or two reviewing the hazard library with your safety lead.
About ten minutes. The phone app is seven buttons on one screen. Your office staff need more — a couple of hours for whoever runs investigations and reports.
The offline field app is built for iPhone, which is what most crews carry. Everything else — the office side, dashboards, investigations, reports — runs in any browser on any computer, tablet, or phone.
