The forms are already in there
Daily and monthly crane, aerial lift, rough terrain forklift, vibratory hammer, earth moving, barge loadout, plus 22 site safety forms. The monthly crane inspection runs 112 line items across 11 sections. Barge loadout is 75. You are not starting from a blank page and you are not paying somebody to build your library for six weeks before you can use the software.
Build your own without calling us
Your admin can build any form you want — sections, line items, and the response type that fits: pass/fail, yes/no, satisfactory, a number with units, a date, free text, or your own set of options. Mark a line item critical, or require a comment or a photo before it can be answered. It takes an afternoon, not a change order.
A failure that actually stops the work
Mark a line item critical and it earns its name. When it fails, the inspection comes back failed, the crew has to acknowledge it before submitting, and the equipment is flagged out of service on your equipment list with the reason and a link back to the inspection that found it. Nobody has to remember to tell the next shift.
