The hazard library
Nine categories — elevated work, struck by, caught in between, electrical, physical hazards, health, crane operations, marine and barge, and environmental — holding 37 specific hazards. Every one has a control written the way a safety professional writes it, plus a default severity and probability that produces a risk code automatically. Around 145 everyday phrases are mapped to those hazards, so when a foreman types what the crew is doing, the right hazards come up as suggestions.
The inspection forms
Seven equipment forms and 22 site safety forms. Daily crane at 37 line items, monthly crane at 112 across 11 sections, barge loadout at 75, plus aerial lift, rough terrain forklift, vibratory hammer, and earth moving. You can use them as they are, change them, or build your own from scratch.
The rest of it

Build them in the form builder — sections, line items, and the response type that suits each one. Most companies use ours for the equipment inspections and build their own for the site-specific stuff.
Training and certification records import from a spreadsheet, matched on employee number, and so does your crane load chart data. Historical JHAs and incidents generally aren't worth migrating — most companies start fresh and keep the old paper as the archive.
