What works with zero signal
Six workflows, start to finish, including the signature pad and the camera: the JHA, the pre-job or toolbox meeting, any inspection, an incident report, a daily crane lift plan, and a hazard observation. The hazard library and the controls are stored on the phone itself, so tapping a hazard still fills in the control and the risk code with no connection at all. Form numbers are issued in order when it syncs, so your numbering doesn't end up with gaps.
The phone carries what it needs
Sign in once on a connection and the phone loads your projects, your crews, your inspection forms, your crane fleet, and the entire hazard library with the controls attached. From then on it's self-sufficient. Tap a hazard in a dead zone and the control and the risk code still fill in, because they're stored on the device rather than fetched from a server.
The part nobody thinks about until it burns them
The dangerous moment isn't no service. It's one bar — where an app thinks it's connected, sends your filing into a dead connection, gets an error, and marks it failed. HazProof knows the difference between having signal and actually being able to save, waits until it can really save, and holds anything the server rejects on the phone with a red mark until a person deals with it. Your crew's work is never quietly thrown away.
